Our half board includes a hearty breakfast buffet and a three course menu in the evening with a rich salad buffet. For only bed & breakfast we calcolate a reduction of Euro 8,00 .- per person per day.

The rates are per person per night at a minimum stay of 3 days, including half-board.

Comfort rooms: All the comfort rooms are inviting and tasteful rooms equipped with shower, WC, telephone, minibar, satellite-TV, hair drier, sitting area, couch, writing desk, balcony or terrace. Every comfort room can be reached by the lift.
Some comfort rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 electric hot plates, crockery, cooking pots, tea towels etc.) – opened on request.

Standard rooms: All standard rooms are equipped with shower/bath, WC, telephone, satellite-TV, Safe, writing desk, couch and balcony.

• The children's discounts are as follows: 0-2 years free, 3-5 years 50%, 6-12 years 10% and 13 + years 10%

• cancellation insurance: so that unexpectedly was secured, we have concluded a cooperation with the European travel insurance, which protects you for your vacation
• the payment of your holiday can be made by VISA, Mastercard, Bancomat or cash
• Check In: our rooms and the apartment are available from 2 p.m.
• Check Out: our rooms and the apartment are to leave up to 10 a.m.

Cancellation insurance:

Reversal Conditions:

You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival.
From 3 month up to 28 days prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 3 roomnights.
From 28 days to day of your arrival, the cancellation fee is: 70% of the cost of your booking (halfboard), 80% of the cost of your booking (bed&breakfast) and 100 % of the cost of your booking (apartment).

The comfortable apartment of 90 m² on the 2nd Floor located (with elevator) in the adjoining building, has 1 room with double bed and bunk bed, 1 other room with bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchenette with a spacious living room and balcony. You find following features in the apartment: embedded linen, towels, crockery and cooking pots, tea towels.

The final cleaning of the apartment will be charged by Euro 45.00.-.
