South Tyrolean specialties are known to win over everyone, who dares savouring them. Here, in the boarding house Prack in Riscone/Reischach, your host in person is in charge of preparing the regional delicacies. The kitchen chef Oswald is trained in diet and gluten-free cuisine and knows how to delight even the most sensitive stomachs and the respective taste buds.
Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet in the bright and friendly restaurant. Sit down at your table, which has been lovingly decorated by your host Sabine and delight in the fresh and savoury South Tyrolean specialties: full-grain bread, eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, yogurt, muesli, fruit juices, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and much more. In the afternoon we serve you refreshing drinks, ice cream, tasty sandwiches and home-made cake.
For our guests, who have booked half-board, the culinary highlight of the day occurs in the evening: a 3-course choice menu with colourful salad buffet, international, Mediterranean and South Tyrolean specialties, vegetarian, diet and gluten-free cuisine and many other outrageously scrumptious menu creations à la Oswald. Alongside we recommend the one or other fine wine. What’s more, once a week we offer you a themed evening: candle light dinner, grill evening or “Törggele” menu – depending on season and weather.
